As CEO of Tree Intelligence, Ignacio leads a global network of researchers and consultants connected through a proprietary technology platform designed to map, monitor and manage human networks worldwide.

As a columnist and speaker, he collaborates with global media and business / academic events such as TED lectures and Harvard Business Review.

Shalla Monteiro

Shalla has a degree in Advertising, a postgraduate degree in Global MKT and specializing in Direct and Interactive MKT (NYU).
She co-founded Tree Intelligence and leads the company's brand initiatives and special accounts.

She has 20 years of professional experience in the areas of Branding, Marketing, Advertising, Market Research, Event Production, Social Responsibility, Direct and Interactive MKT.

In 2011, Shalla applied her expertise in Digital Communication, combined with her inner passion for Humanity, to change the life of a Brazilian homeless in an incredible way. The story has been spread around the world (it's still alive through the book "#conditional") and Facebook has chosen it as one of ten stories to celebrate its first decade.

Vinicius has a multidisciplinary profile with experience in Branding, Brand Management, Consumer Insights, Strategic Planning and Business Development, built on leading companies in the consumer, retail and consulting sectors.

Master in Economic Economics (FGV) and Business Administration (UC Berkeley), Vinicius's background includes valuable experience in developing companies that promote sustainability and positive social impact. Your goal at Tree Intelligence is to coordinate our analyst team and build local strategic alliances.

With a degree in Social Anthropology and a doctorate in Sociology, Javier specializes in Digital Anthropology and Social Network Analysis and is a pioneer in the application of social network analysis to sport. He leads Tree Intelligence's global research team.

Graduated in Management Processes with MBA in Business Management. Luciane has extensive experience in management teams, back office and multinational facilities in Brazil and the UK. At Tree Intelligence, she is responsible for the administrative department and provides support to other teams. Luciane also works with document translations and reports.
